Insurance and Risk Management

All insurance matters relating to Rotary property, Public Liability, Special Events, Personal Accident and Travel Insurance including YE Program, GSE, RI Humanitarian travel must be made through the District Insurance Committee.

District 9810 and all other 22 Districts in Australia have a Multi-District Insurance Policy negotiated annually by two representatives elected by the District Governors of the day. Our District Committee also comprises experienced Risk Management Advisors. All projects undertaken by both Rotary Clubs and District Committees are required to complete a Risk Management Assessment and lodge this with the Insurance Advisor before the project is started.
