RI Member Access section

The Member Access section of the RI website is a most useful tool for clubs to keep their club and membership records, held by RI, up-to-date.

 

The current Club Presidents and Secretaries (as advised to RI for the International Directory) have access to club membership records and to club Foundation contribution records. Semi-annual dues can be paid and club contributions to the Rotary Foundation can be made online. Rotarians have access to their individual Foundation contributions records and can contribute online.

 

How can I access these records?

 

First of all, you will need to know your club RI number and your own RI number. These are always listed in the documentation sent with the semi-annual dues invoice every 6 months. So, the information is available via the club secretary.

 

Once you have those necessary details, you will then need to register for access on the RI website. So, the first step is to go to the registration area and enter the necessary details. https://riweb.rotaryintl.org/register.asp

 

After you have been registered, you will be sent, by email, a user name and password. You can then log in to the member access area. To log in to the Member Access area, you just need to be on the Homepage of the RI site and click on the 'Member Access' link in the top right hand corner (just under the Search box) or go directly to the page itself. The RI website link is http://www.rotary.org/ and the link directly to the member access page is https://riweb.rotaryintl.org/
